Service is fast and efficient.

Ordering thru the website was easy. The list of items was wide for choice to be made. Delivery was prompt n i was kept informed when item was delivered.

Improvement.. if customer said sending for gift, will be good to send a shot Sent.. so we know the product instead of finding out from our receiver. Thank for great service doh.

The flower is send to my wife and she is surprised and happy with it. Places for improvement1) please make sure the flower is to be send within the time slot chosen. The flower was send way over the time slot.2) the flowers was slightly wilted by the time it reached y to my wife, please try to do something on this as it will not be in the best shape Regard Joseph
