Website was easy to use. Delivery was made as agreed. Floral arrangement was close to pictures in website. Reliable (I have used Flower Chimp in the past) and will continue to do so.

I was skeptical at first but Flower Chimp customer service support is so professional.
From the website to the staff for customer service, it was all so excellent. Delivery time was perfect. No delays no hiccups. Customer service really helpful, shout out to Sarah and Rick. They are wonderful. The flower bouquet pieces are all lovely. From here on Flower Chimp it is.. thank you for the great experience.
