For overseas clients, Maybe more updates of when delivery might be and status of orders. Time difference sometimes make customers panic and unsure if it’s getting delivered as promised. But overall, ordered twice now and have been very impressed from start to finish! Well done!

Good selection of flowers but please provide an option to select a bouquet without a vase. I could not find this option.
