Flowers arrived exactly as in the picture on the website. Customer service excellent as I had made a mistake when ordering and within minutes of sending an email to explain I had a reply and the problem was sorted.

Very timely delivery and prompt update that the flowers have been delivered. Nice flower arrangements. To Improve: Can provide photo of the flowers (standard, premium etc) with a reference. I can't really tell from the website photo if the bouquet is big or small. They seem to look bigger on photo than actual.
